Maritime Network

The City of Frederikshavn has proud traditions within the shipbuilding industry, formerly with two newbuilding shipyards and a diesel engine manufacturer (former Alpha Diesel, now MAN Diesel A/S). Thus, Frederikshavn has always been able to offer a complete range of services to the maritime industry.

In order to visualize this, and to facilitate locating supplier of specific services, Maritime Network Frederikshavn was established in 2005.

The majority the maritime service companies working in or near the Port of Frederikshavn are members of the network, and it can therefore satisfy practically all requirements of ships visiting or ships passing by.
