First warehouse commissioned, second one soon to be completed.
In autumn of 2006 the construction of 2 new warehouses totaling 4000 sqm. was commenced.
On January 2nd 2007 the first warehouse of 2000 sqm was completed and right away the lessee, MAN Diesel A/S has commenced utilizing the warehouse for storage of spareparts and finished products.
The second warehouse, also of 2000 sqm will be completed by March 2007. Space is still available for rent.
